STANDARD:
Standard delivery in the UK is via First Class Royal Mail for parcels under 1kg. Delivery time is 2-3 days but may be faster than that. We are in the hands of the postman! Orders over 1kg are sent via a trackable DPD courier service. Delivery time is 2-3 days, but may, for orders placed before 11.15 am (UK time), be faster than that. DPD deliveries will be made on a week day and a signature is required, unless you have given specific delivery instructions when placing your order.

Important note re DPD deliveries:
DPD deliveries require a signature and so this should be borne in mind when choosing your delivery address. If you are not at home when DPD try to deliver, and you have not given specific delivery instructions when placing your order, they will leave a card notifying you and giving you options on what to do next (eg ring to reschedule the delivery or leave a message on the card giving a safe place for the parcel to be left).
OVERSEAS DELIVERY

Standard delivery to European countries is via Royal Mail Airmail (packages up to 5kg) or DPD European trackable courier service. The Airmail service is a non-trackable service and delivery takes between 3–7 days from dispatch. DPD European Service is a trackable service and delivery is 2–5 working days from dispatch. DPD deliveries require a signature and so this should be borne in mind when choosing your delivery address.
PRIORITY:
Our priority delivery service to European countries is via UPS trackable courier service. Delivery is 2–3 working days from dispatch. REST OF WORLD

Standard delivery to the rest of the world is via Royal Mail Airmail for orders up to a weight of 5kg (up to 1kg for Canada). This is a non-trackable service and delivery takes between 5 - 10 days. Orders over 5kg go via our priority service.

Priority delivery to the rest of the world is via a UPS trackable courier service. Delivery time is 3–8 working days (usually 3 days). UPS deliveries require a signature so this should be borne in mind when choosing your delivery address. Please note that UPS are not able to deliver to PO Box addresses.

UK DELIVERY
STANDARD:
The delivery charge for parcels under 1kg is £2.75. Orders over 1kg are packed in cartons and sent via courier. The charge for these will be based on the weight of the order and number of cartons sent. As a guide, the charge for orders up to 5kg is £4.50, up to 10kg is £5.50 and up to 20kg is £6.50.
BEFORE 12.00 SERVICE:
This service is charged at £9.80 per carton. As a guide, each carton is packed to a maximum of 13.5kg.

A : Galore Park publish a range of textbooks which are ideal for pupils sitting their Common Entrance examination. These are available across all Common Entrance subject areas. We also publish the ISEB textbook range as well as revision guides which are ideal for students approaching their exams. ISEB 11+ and 13+ Common Entrance papers are available for pupils who would like to practice answering questions in the format of the exam.
A : The So you really want to learn Latin series is ideal for those learning Latin at school or at home who want a no-nonsense course which will take them to a high level of Latin proficiency. Latin Prep is closely geared to the ISEB syllabus for Common Entrance and is suitable for learners who would like a more colourful but no less challenging approach to learning this language. Ab Initio, also geared to the Common Entrance syllabus, is designed to be used at school and is popular for the large number of practice questions that it includes to ensure that the pupil has grasped the material covered. Please note that the Ab Initio series does not have an accompanying answer book.
A : Past papers are available to order for the ISEB 11+ and 13+ examinations. For the 11+ exam, papers are available in a Core subject pack (including papers and mark schemes for English, Maths and Science) or in packs of ten of the same paper plus their mark scheme. For the 13+ exam, papers are available in a Core subject pack (including papers and mark schemes for English, Maths and Science), a Humanities pack (including papers and mark schemes for Geography, History and Religious Studies), a Classics pack (including papers and mark schemes for Latin and Greek) and separate language packs for French, German and Spanish. Listening CDs for the language and Mental Arithmetic exams are available to order separately. All 13+ papers are also available in packs of ten of each paper plus their mark scheme. Common Academic Scholarship (CASE) papers are available as a set with the French Listening CD available to order separately.

ISEB produce three sets of exam papers per year; Spring, Summer and a practice paper. The Spring and Summer papers are the 'live' papers sat by pupils taking the Common Entrance. The practice paper is an extra paper produced by the ISEB and is often used by schools as their mock exam. All papers follow the same format and offer excellent preparation for the Common Entrance exam.
Spring papers are available in the August of the same year, Summer papers in the following Janaury and practice papers in the July of the same year. Please note that Galore Park is fobidden by ISEB to provide any parent with papers before these dates as schools may wish to use the paper for a school examination.
A : Galore Park has republished the popular synthetic phonics course Step by Step Reading by Mona McNee which is ideal for teaching pupils of all abilities to read. Mona initially wrote the course to teach her son, who has learning disabilities, to read and achieved incredible results with the course.
A : Although Galore Park primarily publish titles for Key Stage 2 and 3, we do have a range of Latin and Spanish books suitable for GCSE as well as two ISEB science publications for GCSE and A level.
